NEWS: Time to buy My Chemical Romance's watch

If you ask Gerard Way for the time, he might send you to his band's website.

Yes, My Chemical Romance fans, it's about time you picked up the MCR custom Tokyoflash Watch from mychemicalromance.com/shop. The limited-edition Seikatsu Koujou Kyokusen has a brushed stainless-steel case and a white, leather strap. (This would have been a great tie-in for the Beastie Boys when "Time to Get Ill" hit the airwaves: It could have been called the "What's the time? It's time to get ill!" watch.)

The $125 timepiece is also a USB rechargeable watch -- to replenish the battery, just connect to your computer with the included USB cable. A full charge, which takes around three and a half hours, will keep the watch's colorful display running for a month, according to a statement announcing the new MCR accessory. There are 300 charges in one battery and the battery is replaceable.

No wonder Seikatsu Koujou translates to "better living."

And if you order right now, you might have it for the MCR and blink-182 shows at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater Saturday and next Sunday. As the kids will tell you, that will be time well spent.
