New Jersey rock band announced their break-up on March 22 2013 and
former frontman Gerard Way didn’t let the momentous occasion pass with
out saying a few words. The ‘Welcome To The Black Parade’ singer took
to Twitter to mark the band’s anniversary, saying that it feels like a
decade since the group decided to part ways, concluding that he is “in a
much better place” now.
My Chemical Romance released their final album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, in 2010. After the band came to an end, Way went on to release a solo album, Hesitant Alien, in 2014.
